At the time of enrollment, there will be a $250 per person deposit and final payment will be due on 7/7/2026.
Also at the time of enrollment, your members can request an air quote from Road Scholar Travel Services – I am attaching a handout explaining the benefits of booking air through Road Scholar.
You may also purchase the optional trip protection plan to protect their investment. If you need to cancel for a covered reason (i.e. illness), you will receive a full refund. We also have a “cancel for any reason” provision that entitles you to a voucher towards a future program. In order to be covered for a pre-existing condition, you must purchase this optional insurance within 14 days of enrolling.

Considerations when booking air on your own using published airfares:
Transfers. Transfers are not included. You have to get yourself to/from the airport at the start & end of the program.
Emergency After Hours Service. We cannot assist you when issues arise on the day of travel. You must work directly with the airlines.
Payment. You have to pay for your airline ticket at the time of booking.
Changes. You will be subject to the airlines added costs if changes need to be made to your booking.
